We are offering the following:
✦Each week, 6 out of the 7 days, we will host workshops at a beautiful beach home overlooking the ocean, set in front of a small orchard, where you can choose to stay.
✦A long list of workshops including but not limited to Tantra, sensual massage, sensual awakening lunches & dinners, female ejaculation, intricacies of anal play, sensual and orgasmic yoga, and much more, including workshops you can “pre-order” that we will even put on our schedule for the month of March.
✦Coaching and Healing sessions
✦Outdoor adventure and pleasure activities (boat rides on the Gulfo Dolce, surfing, yoga, hiking, horse back riding, tide pool adventures, river and waterfall walks and swims…)
✦Ceremonies for re:creating vows, for releasing and transforming and for bringing in pleasure, abundance and whatever you require into your life.
Where will I be and what can I explore?
You will literally be in Paradise, commonly known as Pavones in south western Costa Rica. You will be surrounded by the lush jungle, waterfalls, rivers, the Pacific ocean, and gorgeous volcanic beaches. The wildlife is indescribably abundant, with humpbacks breaching, macaws flying overhead, toucans and all kinds of monkeys swinging on trees, not to mention lazy iguanas. Pavones is known for its kind, local hospitality, delicious local food, and very active surfing community. Pura Vida!
Lodging Options, which we can arrange for you:
1.Be hosted by Atia in a large home overlooking the ocean. Fall asleep to the waves, wake up with the waves.
1 night: $120/person or $180/couple/shared room.
Stay 6 nights: $600/person or $900/couple/shared room
2.La Ponderosa Pavones has a wide range of rooms with prices between $500-2000/week. They have a beautiful pool and additional meal plan options. Visit www.laponderosapavones.com for more details.
3.Cabinas – usually cost $10-40/night and are like hostels. We can recommend a cozy and friendly one for you.

What is the schedule?
Between Tuesdays-Sundays there will be an SAC led workshop each day, along with various outdoor activities to choose from. Workshops will alternate between mornings and evenings to support outdoor activity schedules which are sometimes based on tides, heat, and waves etc.
Every Monday there will be no scheduled workshops by the SAC facilitators. Outdoor activities will still be available.
What is the cost?
For 1 workshop & 1 outdoor activity (pay as you go plan)
$100/person or $160/couple
Must register for at least one day.
For an entire 6 days of workshops and activities (get one free day)
$550/person or $900/couple
Coaching and Healing sessions
We will be available for a certain block of time each day. While we normally charge $250/hr for private sessions, for all participants in Costa Rica we will only be charging $120/hr whether individuals or couples, so you can maximize your growth and exploration while with us!
Coaching/healing sessions Package
Four hours of private coaching/healing only $400 for individuals or couples.
How do I get to Pavones?
1.Fly to Golfito, Costa Rica (usually through San Jose depending on where you are coming from.)
2.Take a taxi from Golfito airport to Pavones (cost is usually $80)
(If you have to stay in San Jose overnight, we will recommend a safe, cozy BnB where you can stay.)
Other notes about Pavones, Costa Rica
✦The currencies accepted are US dollar & Costa Rican Colones
✦The month of March is mostly sunny and between 25-30C each day with afternoon rains for short periods of time.
✦Humpback whales, dolphins and incredible amounts of sea turtles are always around.
✦There are rarely any jellyfish or sharks. The waters are very very safe and friendly!
✦Monkeys, macaws, toucans, and iguanas abound!
✦It truly is paradise. aaaaaah
